Good organizational management involves analyzing internal and external information, and making decisions based on data analysis, not on feelings or assumptions. Read more details

Nowadays, with the rise of online sales, sales channels have expanded significantly, and customers have even more diverse purchasing options. Customers can search for products online, eliminating the need to travel to stores. Buying goods today is easier and more convenient. Customer behavior has changed; they compare prices, check product reviews to verify quality, and assess the trustworthiness of the seller. Companies and organizations often require receipts and invoices as proof of purchase

If we sell products to individuals, we might not think much about data collection. However, if we want to increase revenue from sales to organizations and companies, and need to sell in large quantities, we should consider collecting data for analysis. For example:
– Customer data: Analyzing existing and new customers, identifying customer segments, purchase volume, and frequency. This impacts the effectiveness of sales staff management for each customer, allowing for more efficient staffing.
– Sales channel data: Analyzing which sales channels are most successful and the best-selling products in each channel.
– Sales staff data: Analyzing sales staff, identifying top-selling employees and products, comparing targets, and determining performance.
– Sales data: Comparing daily, monthly, and yearly sales figures, and even comparing historical data over several years.
– Data categorization: Each organization can categorize data according to its management style, affecting data entry into the system. If the existing data doesn't meet the needs of a particular analysis, the data recording format may need to be adjusted to facilitate analysis.

Organizations and companies must also adapt in order to attract more customers, increase revenue, reduce administrative costs, and ultimately increase profits

In conclusion, selling doesn't necessarily mean selling the cheapest products, but rather selling products that satisfy customers and provide them with value for their money. Selling cheap products might result in low quality, negative customer reviews, and damage the business's image
