Key Performance Indicators for
Executives

Selecting effective key performance indicators (KPIs) for reports, dashboards, and executive visualizations, as well as adhering to best practices, requires defining organizational and departmental goals. This allows for the selection of aligned KPIs to be presented in organizational and departmental visualizations. This ensures that stakeholders across all departments, including departmental managers, understand the data presented in the way senior management requires. Consequently, data analysts can select reports and visualizations for the organization and various departments that meet management's needs and align with their objectives. Examples of KPIs for senior management are available; please see the additional details provided
