R&D BI participates in Tokyo–Thailand Business Connecting 2026

R&D BI had the opportunity to participate in the Tokyo–Thailand Business Connecting 2026 on January 29, 2026. This was a key platform for connecting Thai and Japanese businesses and promoting business cooperation across various industries. It provided opportunities for businesses from both countries to network, exchange knowledge, and further develop strategic collaborations.

At the event, Ms. Nuchanat Rongrong, CEO of R&D BI Co., Ltd., and Mr. Kiatipong Daengkarn, Chief Information Officer (CTO), along with the R&D BI team, met and discussed with entrepreneurs, investors, and partner organizations from both Thailand and Japan. They exchanged views on data management, dashboard development, digital transformation, and the application of AI to support businesses, especially SMEs, in achieving effective competitiveness.

Driving SMEs towards becoming Data-Driven Organizations

R&D BI introduces the concept of using data and Business Intelligence (BI) to enhance business decision-making processes, making them more accurate and faster. This is achieved through the systematic collection, analysis, and processing of data to define performance indicators in production processes, reduce waste, increase operational efficiency, and provide executives with a real-time business overview, leading to accurate and timely decision-making

Opportunities for collaboration through business matching

During a business matching event, our team had the opportunity to discuss the application of BI systems across various industries. This included

analyzing sales, customer behavior, products, product groups, brands, vendors,
efficient inventory management,
cash flow tracking, real-time accounts receivable and payable analysis,
real-time performance monitoring via dashboards, and seamless
integration of data from multiple systems onto a single screen.

This approach garnered significant interest from entrepreneurs, as it helps reduce reliance on traditional reports and transforms scattered data into strategic information for timely and accurate decision-making.

Furthermore, Ms. Nuchanat Rongrong (CEO) participated in a pitching session at the event, fostering business networking and new collaboration opportunities. More than 300 business partners and employees from various Thai and Japanese companies attended.
This participation reflects R&D BI's vision of supporting the digital transformation of Thai businesses, especially SMEs, which need data as a key tool for competitiveness and sustainable growth.

R&D BI would like to thank the organizers: Tokyo SME Support Center Thailand, DIPROM, and FTI for providing this opportunity for collaboration and looks forward to meeting again in the future to jointly drive Thai and Japanese businesses towards a data-driven future. For inquiries
