Analytics (BA) / Business Intelligence (BI) involves extracting data to understand past and present situations and analyze causes. Knowing historical data allows us to compare it to our set targets/forecasts, showing how far we are from achieving those goals. This enables management to develop strategies to reach those goals. If the organization can also obtain industry data, it provides even better comparative insights.
Examples of KPIs for organizations withsubscription-based systems for purchasing goods and services with monthly payments include: cloud server providers, software rental companies, loan companies, installment purchase companies, fitness businesses, and co-working spaces.
